Open the RECYCLEPAK packaging and follow the enclosed instructions to prepare your container for use.   4. Follow the enclosed instructions to carefully add your waste materials to be recycled. When full, secure container for shipping.   5. Fill out the prepaid return shipping label and call FedEx® Ground® toll-free at 1-888-777-6040 to arrange for a pickup.   6. FedEx® Ground® will pick up your RECYCLEPAK container within 24 hours and deliver it to Veolia Environmental Services (VES) for processing.   7. VES will recycle your materials in accordance with federal, state and local laws and send you a certificate of recycling.
